CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 10% service fee. No-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice
